Terms of Use
Last updated 2026-07-27
The conditions for using NITITAM. Read all of it, especially section 2 on the scope of the service and section 6 on limitation of liability.
1. Acceptance
Using NITITAM means you and the firm you belong to accept these terms.
Accounts are issued by the firm. Each user is responsible for keeping their own password safe.
2. Scope of the service
NITITAM is a practice management tool. It is not a legal adviser and gives no legal opinion.
AI output is a working draft. A professional user must review it before use; professional responsibility stays with the lawyer.
3. User obligations
Do not use the system for anything unlawful or to reach data you are not entitled to.
Do not attempt to bypass permission checks, the isolation between firms, or audit logging.
The firm is responsible for managing its people's permissions and revoking them when someone leaves.
4. Data and ownership
Data a firm records stays the firm's. We claim no ownership over it.
A firm may request a copy of its data at any time, and on termination we delete or return it as agreed.
5. Availability and backups
We aim for continuous service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
Scheduled maintenance is announced in advance where possible.
6. Limitation of liability
We are not liable for loss arising from a missed hearing, limitation period, or statutory deadline. Tracking those remains the lawyer's professional responsibility.
Reminders are an aid, not a substitute for professional diligence.
7. Suspension and termination
We may suspend an account being used in a way that threatens the security of the system or of another firm, with notice where possible.
A firm may terminate at any time and is entitled to get its data back.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by Thai law.
This is a draft written to match what the system actually does. It has not been reviewed by legal counsel — have a lawyer review it before it is put in front of real clients.
